Yes! As long as you live on Earth, we provide free worldwide shipping on all orders over $100 USD. If you live within the EU, all fees are covered and you will not receive any additional fees to receive your package. If you live outside of the EU, VAT and other import duties/taxes are not included and may apply. Kindly note that Valpico has no control over these charges and therefore cannot predict their costs.

How do I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. If there’s been more than two business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking number, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
When will my order arrive?
The usual delivery time for orders is around 3-7 business days worldwide depending on where in the world you live.
How do I change/remove my watch strap?
Simple! All of our watch straps have built-in quick release pins. With quick release, it only takes a few seconds to remove your strap and you won't need any tools to do so. On the backside of your strap, you will find a small steel lever. By gently pulling back the lever, the spring pin will be pulled back, allowing you to remove the strap from the watch case.
How do I use the chronograph?
We believe a chronograph should be easy to understand and operate. Therefore, we designed a minimalistic chronograph that has functions that are simple to use. On the left, you'll find the minute counter sub-dial. The right sub-dial showcases a 24hr display. By using the left sub-dial, you can keep track of the minutes that have elapsed. The top button starts starts and stops the second hand. The crown sets the time. To change the time, pull the crown out to the 2nd click position. Turn the crown to set hour and minute hands. Once the time is correct, push the crown back to the closed position. The button at the bottom resets the second hand and the chronograph's timing function.
Are your watches waterproof?
Our watches are water-resistant. This means that the watch can be used in a humid or rainy environment but not in direct contact with water. You should not shower or swim while using the watch.

To find out about new releases and the latest news, you should follow us on social media where we will keep you updated on a daily basis or subscribe to our newsletters.
Can I expect the color of my product to look the same in reality as in the images?
Yes. An important thing to note however, is that different monitors and screens display colors differently. Our pictures have been optimized to be viewed on the most common devices.

My item was defect. What should I do?
Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If your product is defect upon arrival, please contact us at email@example.com to receive further instructions. Please do not return your product without contacting us first.
The watch I want is sold out. What can I do?
If the watch model you want has sold out, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on a customer waiting list. When the watch is back in stock, you will receive a message informing you that the watch is now available.

In the event of your order confirmation not arriving to your inbox, please make sure to double-check your spam folder. Please note that orders containing only watch straps will not come with a dispatch note since they’re sent with regular letters.
